Hillary's hard-won experience

In an interview with Salon, the candidate discusses the "vast right-wing conspiracy," being called by her first name, and how long U.S. troops would be in Iraq if she wins in 2008.

Does Salon just want to be another media tool for Hillary's political ambition?

I am tired of the mainstream media's status quo approach--automatically giving Hillary the front runner status. It means nothing to me. I hope Internet will break up the dominance of mainstream media. They have controlled the message for so long that they have become the hindrance of our democracy.

Hillary has not proven herself to me that she deserves my vote. Her vote for Iraq war is a moral issue to me. As a NYC resident, I am fully aware that Hillary spent $30 million to defeat an opponent who nobody knows in her senate re-election race, which she could have won easily any way. Why not donate that fund to a charitable cause instead of artificially inflating her victory margin for political advancement? It is an act of dishonesty to me.

Salon is supposed to be an Internet media, totally different from our jaded and corrupt mainstream media, but its continuous embrace of Hillary's candidacy and willingness to become the tool of her political ambition make me wonder Salon's identity and motive.

Does Salon just want to be another echo chamber of mainstream media?
