Guns Are Not Enough
Clearly the founding fathers meant for all American citizens to have access to state of the art killing apparatus for all time. Therefore in that same vein, I think it is not only constitutional but patriotic and just to arm all Americans with the latest chemical or radiological weapons, thus keeping us in line with our founding fathers intent and on par with the hostile entities we face today.
