Conserva-babe and star-in-the-making Rachel Marsden has a, um, colorful past. What was Fox thinking?

  • Jeff-Off

Read a dictionary, Jeff. The fact that fascism originated in Italy and Germany in no way invalidates the term when applied to the current coup. When big business, the military, the government, blind nationalism, and unquestioning patriotism lead to bloody aggression, then you've got fascism, Jeffy-Poo. For Germany, it was Poland. For Bush, it was Iraq. Death for profit. Suppression of dissent. Privatization of national resources, denial of basic rights: it's all there, Jeffmeister. Just be a good German and goosestep right along. Watch Fuxxsnooze. Drink heavily. Post drivel on a progressive website. That's a good German. Don't burn your lips on the tailpipe of that Hummer.

  • Editors' Choice ?

The letter by ranylt, mistakenly awarded Editors' Choice, demonstrates ignorance and misinformation.

Certainly, most faculty and students of Simon Fraser University will shudder at association with the Fraser Institute, a right wing mouthpiece of global corporatism. The University has a proud history that, from the beginning, included progressive approaches to education.

Rebecca Traister presents a fair summary of Ms. Marsden's troubled efforts to find a place in life. SFU and a number of its staff were victimized by duplicitous behavior of the person that Fox aims to feature as a commentator.

I suppose that does make sense though. Intellectual dishonesty is prerequisite for employment at Fox Noise.

  • Thanks Tom

How did I miss it. We are all in a fascist state. Please feel free to remain at your computer, so the thought police can come pick your idiotic person up, and take you away for re-education.

Once again, the LIEberals miss the mark, and screw up the labelling. Oh, how I love it when you lot screech when someone else is doing the labelling.

Please. Say simple tom payne. I would hate to see you strain yourself with knowledge.

  • Marsden, SFU

The article states that Marsden also allegedly stalked SFU prof Neil Boyd. The fact is that she did indeed stalk Boyd.

As far as Simon Fraser Univ being referred to as progressive & Utopian - that was laughable. Arthur Erickson's design of the school was once idealized, but it can also be viewed as monolithic.

Anyways, it's unfortunate Marsden is sort of back in the limelight. Of course it's only because of her attractive looks, but any of us here on the west coast of Canada that know of her are repelled.

  • Girl from John Steinbeck's East of Eden

Wow! Fox News is similar to a fanatical org. who grooms the mentally unstable to carry out their suicide bombings. Nothing new from faux news, dirty rats.

  • Franksters and Missy Tee

Allegedly Rachel Marsden posts on a Canadian satirical rightwing forum called Franksters. She post under the name Missy Tee. She hasn't been active much since January, because she moved to New York? But she posted alot in 2005 and 2006. As Missy Tee, Marsden pretended to be a young black girl who speaks in a faux ebonics. Her comments are ocasionally racist and often profane. Her movie reviews can be very fun. She has a big potty mouth.
