With much of New Orleans still uninhabitable, drug dealers are deluging neighborhoods. Violent crime is surging -- and so is anxiety about the city's recovery.

    Ineptitude and Incompetence

    With an incompetent Mayor like Ray Nagin, and the inept Governor Kathleen Blanco, it's no wonder New Orleans is in the condition that it is in. Kathleen Blanco and Ray Nagin should both be in prison.

    Maybe we should send Hillary Clinton and Opra down there. Opra can hand out copies of "The Secret" , and Hillary can entertain everyone with her black-speak.

    That's sure to help.
