  • In the wild...

God, how I do love watching these monkeys hurl feces at each other. Some may accidentally get on us, but that's the price we pay for our anthropological dedication.

  • Ghouliani

"And doesn't the guy look like a skull with dentures? Talk about lurch-like looking!"

That's why I've taken to calling him Ghouliani, for several years now.

  • You know...

As much as I loathe these people that speak and think and talk in this rephrensible manner (neo-cons), I can't help but think, "Who do the democracts have that are any better". They are all a bunch of privileged saps that unappreciative of the education they were GIVEN and choose to waste that intelligence by being back-stabbing nihlists at the expense of the American Public.

  • zspinosa

let me remind you. we have:

    1) Hillary

    2) Obama

    3) Edwards

    4) Possibly the retired General Clark

    5) Richardson

A great bunch of good candidates considering the fony-ugly looking-liars-mother fuckers on the republican side.

wake up you idiot.. who do you want? nader?

  • Everyone needs to write the media...

It's past time the MSM stopped letting her get away with shit like this, I advise everyone who read this article to contact as many media organizations as you can think of and tell them to get off their asses and do their jobs! CNN, TIME, MSNBC, NEWSWEEK, The New York Times, all of them. Let them all know what she said and demand that they run it on every network until there is some accountablity. We need to start holding the media to task when it refuses to do it's job, there is no reason why an actor like Isiah Washington or a basketball player like Tim Hardaway should get chastized for something like this but a commentator who is always on TV giving her opinions isn't.

If anyone has a diary on Daily Kos, make it the top subject of your posts. We all complain about how Anne Coulter and those like her get away with whatever they want, the only way that is going to change is if we who are offended by her demand that the media stop fawning over her and take her to task for the things she says the same way they would anyone else! If the religious right can do it to Howard Stern, we can do it to her. It's time progressives stood up to the media the same way the right does, by demanding they stop pandering to hate groups and giving them a forum to express their opinions. It's past time the public saw the real Anne Coulter. Let's ruin her life and make sure she no longer has a career.

I have already written several letters to different major media outlets demanding they take up this story but I can't do it alone, as a collective voice I believe we can make a difference and force them to change.

  • Sunshine, don't you see the approaching dark clouds?

Sunshine said (the extra line returns removed painstakingly)

And look who beat the Democrats two times. The Worst President Ever. You wonder why? Because, stupid as he was, he showed a passion to have the office, and he had a team of people covering up his many flaws - by attacking the Democrats.

The Democrats, Gore and Kerry, were too cowardly and frightened by the people throwing mudballs at them to fight back. And the attacks kept them from pointing out what a failure Bush was, even in his first term. He literally had no opposition, and still doesn't.

Much as everyone assumes that there will be a winning Democratic candidate this year, I'm fully convinced the Democratic Leadership Council will completely screw the pooch this time (and a Republican will show a picture of the Council performing this unnatural act and will have it run as a campaign commercial 24/7).

Heck, a little legal maneuvering and we could get Bush for a third term, and the same idiots will be preening about having the W sticker on their cars.

  • Can we take up a collection to send Tancredo to Bible Camp?

Colorado Rep. Tom Tancredo, the anti-immigration crusader, told the crowd that Miami was becoming a "third-world country" and that America was becoming a "linguistic and cultural tower of Babel."

If America were becoming a Tower of Babel, then it would be turning into an extremely tall building constucted by an ethnically and linguistically pure cult of arrogant religious fanatics in order to pierce the heavens and reach God.

Linguistic diversity was God's punishment for the arrogant religious fanatics who built the tower in the first place.

Don't these people who thump on the Bible ever open it up and read what's inside?

  • Listening to this on C-span made me think it was a third party convention.

The truly motley crew of potential GOP Presidential candidates makes me laugh. Barring some serious policy shifts and a lot of good luck on the part of the GOP the next two years, I don't even see why McCain or any other serious GOP contender would even want to run for 2008. Why take your shot knowing that you face an uphill battle because of Bush's dark legacy of failure, corruption, fiscal irresponsibility, and disaster.

I almost feel bad for the more moderate GOP leaders because they are not bad people but they let themselves be used as sacrificial lambs to cover Bush and his cronies. They are tainted with his stink now and the best they can hope for is to not lose so badly in '08 that the party splits.

  • "editor?!" wat a bunch of lunatic freaks you are

    not worth the time

  • Just jelaous

I know most of you are just upset that Ms. Coulter is smater, better looking , more succesful, and not afraid of using her first ammendt rights. I don't always agree with her but I respect her , why , because she has the courage of convition something most pundits lack. As far the GOP canadites go not one of them gets my vote from either of the 2 big parties ,why there almost the same. I'm going third party this time and probally from now on .Steven Boucher
