"Crudweiser" is the worst. Not only because is tastes like nothing, but because of the deceptive way it's advertised. For instance, way back in the day, they touted Budweisers' "Exclusive Beechwood Aging" as one of the reasons it tasted so good. Then, a few decades later, they come out with the slogan, "Born on Dating for Freshness"..Ok, am I ignorant or are these statements in direct conflict with each other? Let's face it: The fresher the beer is, the better it tastes. So, what we have is a deliberate lie. (referring to the "aging" process)This, coupled with their other giant lie, "Only the finest grains and hops, blah blah, blah"...right on the label. Another lie. Budweiser uses rice in their formula, which, until only recently, was the cheapest cereal grain available. No self-respecting brewmeister uses rice, unless you're living in the Far East, and barley is hard to come by. And if you've ever had Tiger Beer in Singapore, O.B. in Korea, Kirin in Japan, etc., you know that rice makes for a really insipid brew-renders it nearly tasteless. I won't shed a tear when they go away. (although I know a lot of rednecks here in Ohio that will probably freak out if the stuff evaporates from the shelves) Goodbye to Beer For Dummies!!!
