The food industry processes the life out of our flakes and puffs, then sponsors studies boasting of their health benefits. Isn't it time to rebel against breakfast cereal supremacy?

Lose the granola bar (unless it's one higher in fiber and protein). It's kind of like healthy sounding junk food. HOW MUCH you are eating is also important. Might or might not explain hunger. I just read about a study where people who ate 2 boiled eggs daily were satisfied till lunch, lost weight and didn't increase cholesterol (because they ate less junk later on). Not that I would recommend that (yet), but interesting.
