    agreed

I'm a Sox, Celtics and Bruins fan (hate the Patriots, but that's a long story) and my life is nothing but happier now that I get to root for winning teams.

The two Sox championships were two of the happiest days of my life. I appreciate it all the more because you never know when it'll be another 86 years.

These self-loathing friends of yours need to get some perspective. So do you. They don't represent me, and it's ridiculous (and, frankly, lazy) you'd say so.
