    $20 says Oliver Broudy lives in a nice, big apartment that opens up onto an airy street--maybe even a nice park. The rest of us, who live in the actual NYC, where windows most often open up onto tiny airless alleyways, receive zero circulation. So on this 92 degree day, I'm sitting in the AC, which I got yesterday, and not feeling bad at all. I wouldn't be surprised if Oliver is too...on a day like this, even the breezes are hot.
