Again, i don't know where you live, but it's a very narrow slice of life, if this is all you're witnessing.

wouldn't it be a better world for women AND men if women began being responsible for their choices in men for once?

I know, way too much to ask.

Several people have written wondering whether there are therapists who specifically help people with crippling sexual shyness. There are, and they're called sexual surrogates. But thanks to the obtuseness of law enforcement, they are constantly harassed as "prostitutes" when in fact actual sex acts are usually the last thing they do, only when the client is ready and if they request it.

Obviously now with the verbal diarrhea that afflicts our society, people must air the details of their sex lives at every opportunity, and being discreetly a virgin is hardly an option.

So true. You know the only sad part about being 30 and a virgin, which I am? That I've learned from second-hand knowledge how to "talk a good game" so I didn't have to clam up or immediantly give myself away as unexperienced every time sex comes up in the conversation...which it does all the time. Every time I nonchalantly make references to sexual practices that I haven't experienced first-hand, I feel like such a fraud.
