If you were that worried about your innocent kids being naked around your best buddy, then you want to think seriously about whether he should be your best buddy. It's the same argument that some religious fundamentalists use to justify women covering their faces with burkas - the shame lies with the person with the "unpure" thoughts, not with the innocents. Find a best buddy who you don't think would see your kids as anything other than just kids. Unless you're saying that men just can't help themselves - which I, and a lot of other men, find pretty offensive

Yesterday another dear friend and I had ice cream with Jody and his children during their very brief visit to Savannah before returning to France. Ursula and I felt it was such a marvelous present on a wickedly--dare I use that word ?-hot afternoon .She and I were Sophie's and Noah's preschool teachers and had celebrated many milestones with their parents--learning to tie shoes , watching the kids learn to write their names , the birth of Eliza , etc. We also began an afternoon art program with another friend and the Jenkins children were our first students as were " Janet's " and " Rusty's". Never have we been so blessed as sharing innocent lives with such remarkable parents as these ! And then came the camping trip which I initally heard about from the mouths of their babies. My heart broke for them and their parents yet I never knew the full story until I read this article today. And now my heart breaks even more and my anger is in full swing ! From one who knows these couples and children as if they were my own family : how could this series of events have unfolded ? May they and others like them attacked by " well-knowing" strangers ( ha ! ) come to terms with such attrocities. Janis Lewis
Oh my God, everyone, I just found a picture of Alan Thicke and his child, both NAKED and in the BATHTUB, with the baby on Mr. Thicke's lap, i.e., PENIS! Please, will someone please call the authorities? Not only is this sexual molestation and child pornography, but this photograph is on Alan Thicke's website, visible to BILLIONS of people--and therefore THOUSANDS (MILLIONS?!) of CHILD PORNOGRAPHERS and MOLESTERS! Don't believe me? Here's the image on his website:

Disgusting! Like the drugstore employee, I have had no training in recognizing child pornography, but I'm sure you will agree with me that these pictures are DANGEROUS, since anyone can masturbate to them and spread them like cancer over the Internet. And think of the embarrassment and humiliation Alan's child is now suffering!
Well, no matter what happens, DCFS needs to get involved, and subject Mr. Thicke to a long and thorough investigation--maybe even interviews of former Growing Pains co-star Kirk Cameron, who as a now born-again Christian may have repressed memories of inappropriate behavior from his "dad", "Mr. Seaver".
Please spread the word so we can prevent this child poronographer from doing more damage than he's already done!
For years I have been working as a commerial photographer. Most of my work consisted of illustrative photography, that is, shooting ads. Of course I used models in my assignments, men, women and children. I have never taken photos of naked children, as I had no requests from art directors for photographs of naked children. Personally, I had no interest in photos of naked children. (I had no children of my own.)
One day a mother came into my studio and asked me to take modeling "test" photos of her 12 year old daughter, and her daughter's female friend. I told her the test would be $75; the mother replied she did not have $75. The kids looked very disappointed, so I consented. I figured I would give something back to the community.
I told the kids I had a rack of dresses and stuff, to pick out some stuff they'd like to pose in, and call me when they were ready. Mom sat in the reception room so I chatted with her during the time the girls changed clothes. The photo shoot lasted about 75 minutes. All the photos were from the waist up, and through all the shots the kids were dressed.
A few days later I gave the mother the photo proofs. They were fair. Mom took them home.
Five months later the police appeared at my home with a search warrant. They searched my home as well as my studio. They carried off all of my studio equipment, including my negatives. They also took my wife's biology books. (She was in medical school at the time.)
Fourteen months passed, then I was arrested. I was taken into custody, and released on $100,000 bail. The charge was child pornography. I hired a female attorney, who at first said the case was "bullshit". Two weeks later she wanted $25,000 additional to handle my case. After the police printed hundreds of negatives, they found no nudes of any minors.
I had filmed a backup two-minute video of me working with the kids. Of course, the kids were dressed.
The police report said I sold nude photos of kids on the internet, yet there was no evidence of this. The charge was dropped. During sentencing I pled "no contest" to taking the modeling photos of the two kids. My attorney told me I was going to jail. I received a one year sentence in the county jail. I served eight months.
But it's okay you went to prison because somewhere else some kid was being violated by someone else. So, although you did nothing wrong, it's okay you made the sacrifice for the greater good.
"Reading the statements from the hospital policies that are not based on an real life data, is sickening - almost as sickening as the real predators."
Aren't those policy statements something else? Actually, the idea behind such policies has little to do with guiding the general public and much more to do with covering their asses in case of lawsuits.
