  • The right way to treat women

CW wrote: "The only outlet is to act like what they have been taught for 30 years is correct, that we are ignorant, brutish, animals who simply want beer, bikinis, and football to be happy."

With all due respect, CW, there is a better outlet to any perceived injustices which you believe men have suffered as a result of the feminist movement: carry yourself in a dignified manner, and treat women with respect. Women will return the favor.

Good advice. I agree with you, yet not quite completely. Always show respect, for it is its own reward. I follow this motto, as you suggested. It has not always gotten me respect in return, however. And, unfortunately, it is somtimes counterproductive. But I do get your point.

  • Gender vs Race

Maddox is a fool who answered the question regarding raqce wrongly: comparing gender discrimination to racism is an absurdity: every field hand watched as the Lady of the Plantation sipped mint julips while they toiled - every task master, every overseerer, every land owner - they all had richly dressed, often educated and equally racist women at their side. Every racist scumbag whoever lit a cross on fire probably had an equally racist scumbag wife cheering him on (at home, though their are plenty of women in the klan these days) - and let's not forget that women were no more for desegregation in the south then their men: do you actually think slaves of the female gender felt ANY identification with the white women who profitted and lived richly off their toil? This is not to mention that every piece of shit racist bastard was probably raised by a woman who helped nurture these feelings of hatred: if feminists want to deny white skin privilage, if feminists want to deny that women have been part of America's (and Europe's) deeply racist past, feel free, but you do so at the cost of truth and honesty...

  • Pop-Culture Hero? Not.

You must mean Pop Culture Zero. This guy frankly isn't that funny, and what he's doing certainly isn't anything new. He's just a sit-on-his-ass-and-feel-sorry-for-himself-because women-and-blacks-aren't-slaves-anymore and what he gets just isn't ENOUGH for him. Women are an easy mark, where he wouldn't have the guts to pick on blacks. Women are getting objectified, called all kinds of names in the media and it's just so acceptable and even FUN for boring little rejects like this guy. He needs to feel powerful like his almighty DADDY so he picks on women. Yeah, he's funny alright. Funny as in laugh at him funny. What a loser-joke.

He's a lot more like Ann Coulter than he'd like to think he is, trying to perpetuate hatred and sexism. Ironic, that.

  • Not a black and white scenario

Its not a black and white situation. While some of the things which he says surely sound like mindless rantings against children and women, you have to give him some credit. Whereas his extreme stance against women in general surely seems like misogynistic, he does say that most of it is just for humour and he also says that in real life he respects his girlfriend. When he says that he hates feminists, I am sure that he wants to specifically point out those who want to make each little issue a matter of man-woman equality and make a big deal out of it. Everyone will agree that the feminist revolution has left women in a more respectable position today, but the image of women burning their bras and walking naked just to prove some stupic point is just plain foolish. I mean, everyone has to agree that there are some basic physical differences between men and women and no amount of feministic rant can change that. Men should be respected for some qualities and women should be respected for some. A man makes as much a fool out of himself by acting all mindlessly brash and hotheaded as a women makes a fool out of herself by flashing her boobs in public. I mean, for god's sake, is there any amount of decency left in the society? We are turning into an age which envies those men who have the largest biceps, the most perfectly shaped jaw bones and the most irresponsible attitude irrespective of the size of their brains and we want to follow in the footsteps of those womes who think that the size of their boobs, the amount of cleavage on display and their present fashion trend are all the issues that need addressing. Thats why we have celebrities like Spears and Hiltons and Lohans.

Look at Audrey Hepburn. I respect her for being as gracious a women as any man or woman ever was. On the other hand, look at a Paris Hilton. My god, I would be ready to chop off her head and go to the gallows the first time I meet her.
