curtis, i haven't seen kathy's show, but your article resonated; i became "invested" in it. i am the relatively
gregarious spouse married to an introverted, unassuming clark-kent electrical engineer. the dynamic of me "out there" and him "in here" works really well for us.
i, too, like to read about celebrities. i like to think i can actually discern which ones are living authentically and which are just posing for the camera at all times.
anyhow, many thanks for the analysis and musing. kathy's marital story is indeed much more poignant and interesting than most hollywood A list weirdness.
