    You know, editors should be more selective. Publish people who have something to say.

    She's a child.

    You misunderstand. This will sell. It will titillate the libidos of 13-18 year-old horny little honeys the world over. They'll just die.

    Profits proceed from pandering to the targeted market segment.

    This vignette serves to remind me that many women do not appreciate the potential of the power they have over most men. Inversely, it reminds me of the power one woman can have over any number of men when they do appreciate that potential, and haunt the dreams of old men when their trysting is fifty years gone.

    Even to this day, I am amazed that as a monk I can hardly remember my solemn prayers recited and memorized over many years, but can hardly forget even the details of a beautiful woman, happily unmindful of her decolletage, fleetingly glimpsed but once.

    That's power. A child, you say.

    Indirectly, that market segment rules the world. And bless their beauteous little hearts, they don't even know.
