    Get over it

    We have no inherent right to not be annoyed by our neighbors. We live on the planet with other humans and they all make annoying noises. Even the LW, I'm sure. Just like you tune out car traffic and lawnmower noise you can tune this out. I live with stick in the butt neighbors like this. Wait til this kid starts a band.
