Born to cheat
"I was a gawky, weird girl who turned unexpectedly into a beautiful one at some point in college."
Well, at least she doesn't have self-image issues.
That she's even thinking about cheating means, at some point, she will do it. Could be next week or ten years from now, but she will. She's already convinced herself as such. Just come clean with the guy. Either he's cool with it and you can have an open relationship, or you two part ways with no further damage done.
