Hey Cary. I have PTSD, and it makes me suspect my wife. So I knock her around a bit. Do you have any problem with me beating my wife? Did I mention that I'm trained to kill?
Jesus, Cary! This is a perfect example of a question where if the genders were reversed, the answer would be obvious. I saw your kiss-off recognition that "oh, yes, hitting is bad" in the final paragraph, and it did NOT make up for the reams of bad advice that preceeded it.
She's hitting him. She has PTSD. She's trained to kill. Qualified intervention is needed, now, or he needs to get away from her - domestic violence is not something to take as lightly as you apparently do, even when it's female-on-male violence. Talk about your double standards!
Seriously, you should lose your advice license for an answer like this one. What's wrong with you?
