Your particular circumstance has the potential to become a heavy issue - some people simply can't handle it.
How long have you been together? You won't really know whether or not you can trust him enough until you know him better.
If everything else is comfortable between you, don't worry about it.
Just because you love someone, you may owe them, but you don't own them; they may owe you, but they don't own you.
When you know him better and trust him better, tell him.
If you never become that comfortable, and everything else is comfortable between you, don't worry about it.
If, eventually, things don't work out, and you come to believe that your sexuality was a factor, you might tell him then, if you ever really loved him.
You probably would owe him that much. Until then, don't worry about it.
