Yeah. Misused flaunt. Whoop-de-doo.
I get your point about relaxed dress codes, but my workforce seems to take the whole dresscode thing pretty seriously. For dudes anyway. I wore sandals one day, and the DIRECTOR, a person I've never even spoken to, talked to my manager, and had him call a meeting with me to discuss my dresscode violation and the penalties for future violations. Then a department wide e-mail went out to remind all of us (and by "us," of course I mean the men in the office. The women haven't had to endure this) of the dresscode, with plenty of passages from the employee handbook.
