    charge him $5 everytime he acts like a baby

    that'll stop him.

    Make the rule applicable to everyone so it's fair... chances are he'll be the only one to pay up.

    plus... if done right, you could make a joke out of it so it doesn't hurt his feelings tho his behavior will stop.

    And... you'll have cash for drinks after the games.
