    I can't side with either party because each seems insufferable. There's he with his comments and she with her over reaction. Why can't they both sit down and discuss what happened? They have a person they each love and care about in common, so why not try to clear the air? We're talking about folks in their 60's who should know better. I'm not saying they should overhaul their personalities to appease the other, but a minor tweak in order to get along in the world (or in one's social circle) is not always a bad thing.
