I have a stepmother like you. She entered my life when I was 10 and became my father's #1 priority. How does that feel for a child? Abandoned. Lost. Lonely. Resentful. Helpless. When's the last time YOU felt this way? Did you like it? Did you have options? This child has no options. He is at the mercy of the adults around him. That means you. You sound petty and mean.
