It depends
I'm a lesbian. None of my past sexual partners have groomed for the sake of men, at least not while they were with me. I don't shave (I trim) for many of the reasons the LW doesn't.
But I had a girlfriend who was turned on by being bare sometimes, and that's when I discovered the many upsides. It felt amazing against my cheek and oral sex was a whole new experience. It looked and felt amazing. I told her how much I liked it and she seemed to enjoy waxing to please me. She had gorgeous womanly curves, so she didn't look childlike. Very good.
I had a sexual encounter a few months ago with another woman who kept bare, and I much less enthusiastic about it. She was short, skinny, not curvy at all, and much to my dismay, when I saw her naked, I couldn't help but see a prepubescent girl. There were other reasons we had bad chemistry, but it's still kind of disturbing to think about.
Obviously I would never insist on shaving or waxing. I'm in favor of anything that brings a couple closer together erotically, and obviously that would require both partners to agree.
