It's not hateful, its factual. There is no malice, no harmful intent - but it is harsh, as reality usually is. I am making the assumption that you fall into the "like minded" trap of the group of people who find comfort in like minded people who often justify their own misguided beliefs. I judge not, I opinion often, but I judge not. This is just my belief system and you would be just as assinine to disregard it as irrelevent as I would be to disregard the 3% of our population who is openly homosexual.

My viewpoint is, however, that being homosexual is wrong, but I also know that I can not change someone who makes this CHOICE. Just like I can not change the viewpoint of a crackhead, murderer, rapist, etc. I certainly am not equating the two, but I am recognizing I have as much chance in changing their behavior as I do someone who picks a lifestyle that is of highly moral questionability.

Don't give me the "love your brother" crap either. The bible is full of examples of God punishing entire cities, towns, and families for their transgressions. But I will leave it up to him, heck for all I know, he may say, "My bad, come on in" - I just don't want to test that theory, and I suggest others do the same.

This is not Sodom, or ancient Greece, or Rome... all of these great civilizations fell in part because an ever increasing liberal attitude towards all behaviors. But let me ask just one question... Is it o.k. for me to do anything that my heart desires (regardless of morality) as long as I do not hurt anyone? If you say yes, you obviously have not learned from every other society that engaged in rampant self gratification withour restraints.
