Is Barack cheating on Hillary?

Rumor has it, Obama's checking out some other women for the V.P. slot. And some Hillary supporters are pissed.

The letters thread is now closed.

@Zachariah

I am glad you have moved on. I only responded because I thought in bringing her as the most polarizing figure and Bill Clinton's alleged scandals as the reason Hillary cannot be chosen as the V,P, I thought you had also bought into the lazy media's ridiculous assertions that have permeated the leadership of my party making them hopelessly ineffective and also influenced Obama to discard Hillary as a potential V.P choice.

I do not care if he chooses Hillary or not, I just do not want to see another Republican in the white house. What I was trying to point out is that notwithstanding all the allegations and percieved scandals propagated by the Republican machine and endorsed by the corporate lazy media, Bill Clinton won two terms and still remained popular. Therefore buying into the media's assertion of Hillary's polarization and Bill Clinton's so-called scandals as the basis of disqualifying Hillary is a mistake.

Listening too much to the pundits in the media is the reason the leadership of my party is paralyzed, cannot do anything and goes along with everything a lame duck president wants. Obama needs to show some spine here

Let's indeed "move on"

@sam65.

You just answered your own question: the media are lazy and will pounce on any perceived whiff of scandal. See, e.g., how they bought the swift-boat story lock, stock and barrel. I have indeed moved on, and was merely responding to those still reliving the primaries. And I applaud the grace and dignity that Hillary showed in her recent speech .

Poor Lanny

If Hillary doesn't get chosen, he remains the extreme nutjob on the outside of the beltway power structure. If Hillary is chosen, he is back in and gets a real job for the next 8 years. Gee, I wonder what his motivation is ?

Sad

"Sad

Hillary Clinton is the Ralph Nader of 2008. And you morons who want her in the White House at all costs are bigger bigots than anyone else in this election.

Thanks for handing the election off to the Republicans, feminazis."

-- Parson Jim

What is sad is you mimmicking the Republicans. "Feminazis?" Where have I heard this from?. Oh, the dittoheads who worship Rush Limbaugh. Hillary Clinton is definitely not the "Ralph Nader of 2008.

Speaking in front of thousands of Union workers on thursday in San Francisco she delivered a rousing call to her faithfulls and people who had supported her" The best way that we can stand up for you...is to make sure we have a Democratic president taking the oath of office on January.20, 2009." Now all of you Hillary bashers can you honestly say that she is the Ralph Nader of 2008? Are you not a little bit twisted in your argument?

Here is what she said about Obama to the thousands from the public employee Union who had come to the Moscone center amid cheers and prolonged applause that throughout her race against Obama she saw his passion, determination, grace and grit. Can you people let this anti-Hillary nonsense go?

If you continue with this bickering calling some of these supporters morons or what have you, you are the one handing the election to the Republicans. This is getting tiredsome.

@Zacariah

"It's not about Hillary; it's about polarization"

Once again, this is one of the ridiculous assertions bandied about by pundits and Republican operatives who genuinely fear her. How faulty is this logic? The most polarizing figure when paired with Obama suddenly beats McCain with Romney by 8 points and you claim we should disregard that because the lazy media will concentrate on Bill Clintons's alleged business ties and weaknesses instead of the economic issues facing Americans. You are listening to the same media which pummelled Bill Clinton with innuendoes and allegations throughout his presidency even though he served two terms and beyond while still remaining until recently when majority of African Americans were made to withdraw their support,one of the most popular presidents ever.

It is a mystery to me how the media continues to perpetuate the myth of polarization when her colleagues in the senate both Republicans and Democrats attest to her bipartisanship. The Republican machine with the help of the lazy media threw everything at Bill Clinton yet he won two terms. His continued good deeds on Aids in Africa and Asia have saved lives that can counter any crap that can be thrown at him or her.

Obama's Ideal V-P: Ludacris! ( also check out JayZ and Bernie Mac)

It would be wise for Obama to listen to a man he lauded for his "great talent and businessman's skills"--Ludacris. This phenomenal feminist rapper and camouflaged Puma has gone on record that he has had a few hours' private discussion with Barack a while ago and was certain that he should be nominated as his V-P. Not to mention he was promised a pardon and early rehab if need be. (BHO, after all, did prophetically vote in favor of early release of sex offenders and sex shops near schools in the 90s)

Now, this would be a Dream Ticket in heaven. Of course, there are two other hard-working candidates equally worthy of this prestigious post: JayZ rapper (who inspired the youtube mega-hit "obama gives Hillary the finger") and that Family Fun fundraising performer "Bernie Mac whose punchline, endorsed by BHO, had "mothers and sisters" renamed "just family whores"!

With this kind of talent bank, the Presumptuous Presumptive Nominee should have no problem choosing a worthy V-P to run the country with. McCain should be blushing with such riches of choices to be made by the exDemocratic Party's wise counsel. And the Dems should be screaming with joy!...

Simply Ludacris?

Surely, any statement to the effect that "Hillary Clinton is the only woman" to be deemed worthy by the Pumas and other "Just Say No Dealers" [who detest the unDemocratic Party's presumptuous "presumptive nominee" tactics] cannot be interpreted as "sexist"! Is there no end to the Obamabotic spin's creativity. Come on, now, even "sexist" gets a new and Obamabotic spin. We've seen "fairy tale" being race-carded to mean something nastily racist--from a man who devoted his presidency to stamping out racism! Now, the obamabots are spinning "sexist" their own unqie Ludacris (sp?) way....What next? Channeling Mother Teresa into racist monk? Anything goes in this Obama-prone spinning cycle of suspense and mayhem for all....
