This study pretty much verifies what the neurologist Louann Brizendine already discussed in the book "The Female Brain." What the study means by "comfort" is that in order for a woman to achieve orgasm, they have to be able to let their guard down and be relieved of stress in order to full engage themselves in the sex act.
In the Female Brain, Brizendine explains that the hormones a woman releases during orgasm allow her mind to clear so that she feels more relaxed and can simply let go... instead of having the one million things she has to do that day racing through her head!
