American women seem to have two settings (they think they have two settings):

1. They are active, seeking out douchebas, like the male infants I posit.

2. They are passive, glomming onto Mr. Moneybags, then acting weak and not asserting themselves and being resentful towards the guy for it.

In many American women's minds, and one reason I finally decided to give up on American women, there is no setting where women take on and relish the back and forth that a true, mutually respectful relationship requires.

Too few women WANT equals, though they claim it all the time, preferring to either slither away from potential conflict or serious discussion or else to dictate the terms of the situation, using sex as the cudgel.

Maybe it is not just American women but, especially on Salon, it seems to be the only two models of interaction they carry in their heads, if only because it is EASIER to dismiss than to engage the other.

Of course feminism fed this beast, by filling society with a bunch of inaccurate hate speech concepts and terms that denigrate men to the point that women feel they do not HAVE to or need to engage men. You see it on here everyday in the dismissive, flippant, immature, snarky comments they make towards guys like you and me who actually attempt to map out the complex interactions between the sexes (but meanwhile, THEY WANT RESPECT, buwaahahahahaa !!!).

Blaming men for everything is a lot easier and more profitable for Oprah and Dr. Phil types than it is to really understand the social and sexual dynamics of such situations. And you'll notice a lot of the male posters here have bought into it.

These guys are adult infants. Gen after gen, their ancestors have never had the need to lift their snouts above the sex feeding trough to the point that it has distorted their mental processes so that they are incapable of assuming a stance that is self respecting.

Better for them, in their mninds, to maintain that maw at the trough rather than to demand that women actually act accountable.

It is a deeply disrespectful position towards women if only from the standpoint that someone like these clowns cannot become a trusted force for good, cannot defend or protect or nurture women. You will notice, if you look at these guys individually, that many of them have horrid personalities, are extremely unaccountable, or have destructive habits. Many put women down, or walk away, or play around, or abuse women.

In this way, women choosing these clowns, you can see how it can be placed onto women that they largely determine the tenor of the society. If it is filled with male infants, this is quite a different situation from a society of responsible guys who will run the society in such a way that it is successful, feeding everyone, protecting them, providing opportunities, providing HOPE, etc.

This is why there has NEVER been a matriarchy in the sense of a nation or culture, men defeat it by sheer dint of being more industrious. They go and clobber the male infant societies on the other side of the mountain range.

I am not saying there are no matriarchies, matriarchies manifest themselves in the culture and in the home. Women on average have more power than do men on average, hence most men feel powerless in their lives in relation to their women.

OK, off the soapbox, but a good run nonetheless.

I could have written your response practically word for word. I am just glad to see you seem to have come to the same conclusions INDEPENDENT of me as I am often accused of being the only person on the planet who thinks and sees things the way I do.

The age of freedom for men is just beginning, may we men build out the foundation for true respect and understanding for both sexes, (one based in REALITY, not in self-serving anti-male feminist propaganda), for men having the same range of freedoms women now enjoy, and for women finally being pinned down to some accountability and responsibility beyond popping out infants at whim.

Y'know what? College age men can memorize tons of puzzles in video games requiring hair trigger moves. They can design new social network applications. They can grasp the slight nuances of sports, movies. They fight in wars. They are very aware of their own fragile feelings and write about them ad naseum in blogs and songs and etc. So don't tell me they can't understand something as obvious as "I need to sleep."

All men can do these things? Some men can do SOME of these things you mention above. Some well, many NOT WELL.

Worse yet, men in the company of women are 1. in a hormonally charged situation 2. if they are not a player, they are naive and trained to thwart themselves, having been fed line after line after line of bullshit by women all their lives, so that instead of following their own instinct, they tend to get sideswiped by competing female motives, motives that nearly ALWAYS win out in a man hating society such as the United States.

Most men cannot adequately describe what they are feeling or thinking at any given moment. You women KNOW this. (this of course offers you women more entree into screwing with men's minds and dictating to men what they are SUPPOSED to be feeling or thinking, but that is for another day).

The irony that is being ripped into increasingly is that women in America control the social sphere, being the gatekeepers, being the ones listened to and trusted by society, YET STILL women take on ZERO responsibility if they put out fraudulent indicators of interest (among other things). This, of course, is untenable, as more and more men are becoming aware.

Noone, man NOR woman, can genuinely respect a person who is all authority and no responsibility, EXACTLY the position feminism wants to place women further into.

As for the raging hormones issue, women always grant to themselves the excuse that they are not responsible for their behavior when they are menstruating. Maybe this ought to be scrutinized more closely from now on.

Let the chips fall where they may, feminism is already done for. Done in by its own lawless, animalistic greed.
