Civilian Deaths Include Women
welcomerain, 90% of the deaths in Iraq have been civilian--women, children included. In terms of the historical death rate of civilian's in war zones, WWII saw approximately 60-70% of all deaths AS CIVILIANS according to an interview with Howard Zinn, the noted Historian.
So, this whole notion that men suffer more in war because they are the main combatants historically--they weren't the only ones suffering during war (look up, the Rape of Berlin or the Rape of Nanking) or the only ones dying--in fact, men in combat weren't even the majority of deaths in modern warfare.
So, stop taking credit for your noble gender and start getting educated about how war effects us all.
