If personal ads didn't work, there wouldn't be so many out there. Logic really. It's a huge industry.
Of course, not for me. Ever. I've been married 12 years, happily. If my husband were to pass away I'd be happy with the relationship I had with a person who loved me best rather than pay for sex or hook up anonymously. If another love came along, great. If not, so be it. I have other people and goals in my life that make me feel wanted and needed.
Now what about that as a strategy? Improve all other aspects of your life to make yourself fulfilled instead of feeding off of someone else's misfortune to satisfy your own needs.
