I like the registry idea
If, as noted above, all parties stick to the contract.
In fact, why not open it up to all anti-abortionists? If they're so gung-ho about preserving every last precious life, how about they all agree to take in an unwanted child? Only after they've signed up would they be allowed to scream at women outside family-planning clinics.
