Are these the l8 year old daughters who order their "strong" mothers how to vote?
Just a random thought in a new day. The sheer vacuity and venom of some of the Obama sycophants indicates childisness as they prevaricate and search for "wriggle-room" to explain the Senator's plagiarism. This is important in political life because so much has been made of his ability to "speak in tongues" and to perform the miracle of the loaves and fishes for the ravenous and enraptured. Tom Payne finds it difficult to write anything that does not allude to bowels so he must have had some difficulties with potty-training; perhaps Mom became impatient with him. One of the Anonymice thinks it's very clever and simultaneously demeaning to address an unknown woman as "Honey", although the accompanying words are far from honeyed.
Dem. Senator Claire McCaskill has announced, with foolish pride, that her l8 year old daughter influenced her to support Obama, telling her mother that she was a "slug" if she didn't obey McCaskill Junior's commands. Maria Shriver-Schwarzenegger also boasted that she was doing her bit for Obama because HER l8 year old daughter had made the decision for Mom. This information would have been received with roars of laughter anywhere else in the world, particularly in the case of a US Senator whose vote may be shaped by the wisdom of a teenager. I now wonder if all the pro-Obama anonymice, those who particularly rally to the call, are being led by a few l8 year od daughters, such is the callowness of their input and the reliance on expletives. Toodle-pip.

To say that his plagiarism is not fraud is absurd!
What Obama did is plagiarism, period. It is what it is, even if Duvall approved of it.
When someone beats another person up, they are still charged with assault even if the victim says "I am alright with it!" They do not say “Oh, OK, well in that case, we will go along with the crime!” What Obama did is no different than having someone else do your homework for you It is no different than someone depicting themselves online as a female and showing up as a male. It is still deception to try to trick opposition for your gain. It is deception which is portraying yourself as one thing and actually being something different or less than the way you represent yourself in reality. Obama has a lot to gain and he is trying to gain it on his appeal and character, which this proves he has none, therefore any argument anyone had to vote for him for President is voting for an inexperienced arrogant lying candidate with no character, foresight, or good judgment using other peoples work and effort to gain his political agenda. As far as I am concerned, that is theft by deception and he should act accordingly and do what is right by the people and drop out of the race and stop dividing the Democratic Party with his deceptive ways!
If Obama is trying to be the leader of the free world, then he has no business trying to gain that position by being deceptive. That is no different than George Bush. He charmed the country and was deceptive the same way using semantics just like Obama does and his supporters do!

Deval Patrick Plagiarism the tip of the iceberg
Today, Taylor Marsh takes on the plagiarism controversy and if what she has found is any indication, Senator Obama has some explaining to do -- not to mention owing many an apology to Senator Edwards.
Also -- her research shows "Fired up and ready to go" was cribbed from the NCAAP of South Carolina.
There is also her post on Michelle Obama's slip when she said, "For the first time in my adult lifetime I am really proud of my country. And not just because Barack has done well, but because I think people are hungry for change."
Ouch!
Think that one through... She has never been proud of her country before now???
What irony if Senator Obama's strength -- words -- turn out to be his Achilles heel.
Then there are the hopefully spurious claims over at the Smoking Gun were a man says he had a down low sexual encounter with Senator Obama that included drug use in 1999.
Plagiarism matters and so do sexist dog whistles like the one that began this commentary thread.

It's funny, because there have been some homophobic slurs thrown at Obama in this thread (calling him a punk comes to mind) and now we have you saying he had a down low encounter. Or that it's hopefully untrue. My god. Will you Hillarybots stop at nothing?
It's not like Hillary herself hasn't been at the center of a sex scandal.

I didn't say he was gay -- I merely pointed out the charge was out there on The Smoking Gun.

I could actually care less if Senator Obama is gay, bi, or straight.
Guess Senator Obama gets to feel some of Senator Clinton's pain what with all the past charges of lesbianism.

PS -- I donated my dollars to Senator Gravel and Congressman Kucinich. Senator Edwards was my next choice. As full disclosure, I also sent money to Senator Dodd after he left the campaign trail in Iowa to filibuster FISA. Must reward good behavior.
Now that the media has determined it must be either Senator Obama or Senator Clinton, I will be voting for Senator Clinton in the Texas early voting today. This is my very first primary ever due to being an independent voter and military service. I'd feel better about both Senator Obama and Senator Clinton if they hadn't voted for the corporate welfare scam known as the border wall. Stealing people's land for a 7 million per mile farce that has been described as an immigration speed bump just doesn't sit well in these parts.
