Mizmoon

I do not like going here but the notion that the use of the word "periodically" is a veiled reference to the "raging hormones" that might impair a woman's ability to be an effective President is just plain silly. I do not know exactly how old Sen. Clinton is but she is certainly well past the age where she suffers from PMS or raging hormones or however one wants to put it. Moreover, Sen. Clinton's age is not a state secret so presumably Sen. Obama knows roughly how old she is. Unless he is hopelessly ignorant of the "facts of life," it is both embarrassing and absurd to state that this is the subtext to his quote.

No footnotes on his economic policy

I didn't see any footnotes for Hillary on the economic policy he appropriated. How does he recognize his sources again?

Same thing for his clean air jobs and his infrastructure bank. Hillary had proposed an amendment with Senator Sanders

to the energy policy on the clean air jobs. You all just want this to be on inspiration so no one sees what is going on behind the scenes. He takes his speech writers inspiring words and Hillary's policies. Is this really what you want for President?

@ gabbyone

"This email was actually sent by Hillary's campaign but the quote was from McCain's advisor."

I rest my case.

But the problem is Senator Obama does not recogonize his sources...

Gabbyone has done the legwork on this.

Senator Obama is stealing Senator Clinton's policies in an attempt to provide substance to his campaign and HE IS NOT GIVING HER CREDIT.

So -- no, your case is not made in any sense.

Today Senator Obama's home town press at the Chicago Tribune makes the point of Obama's hollow shell of words eloquently with this piece -- "Obama spell mesmerizing but empty."

Malthust so what?

And this proves what? Hillary credited the source.

She didn't take it as her idea and it shows others are

seeing the propensity to steal ideas in Obama also....

From the Edwards Campaign Blog Archive:

The most sincere form of flattery!! And we all know this is NOT the first time.

This following is a direct quote from a website named NH Prez Watch http://nh2008.blogspot.com/index.html:

The other day Hillary Clinton's campaign released information about their election night plans. The release sounded similar to something we've read before. The Clinton release is eerily similar to the release the Edwards campaign sent out on December 13th. It appears that the Clinton campaign copied and pasted the language from the Edwards election, right down to the punctuation. Specifically they copied the billing and credentialing language.

Edwards release: Billing - The campaign will coordinate and arrange for technical installation and the costs will be billed back to your organization. The total costs will vary depending on the needs you are requesting and the number of outlets that participate. Approximate costs will be given to you as soon as details are worked out.

Clinton's release: The campaign will coordinate and arrange for technical installation and the costs will be billed back to your organization. The total costs will vary depending on the needs you are requesting and the number of outlets that participate. Approximate costs will be given to you as soon as details are finalized.

Edwards release: TOTAL number of credentials requested (This includes ALL people from your outlet who will be attending. Note - we will make every effort to accommodate the number requested but cannot guarantee all credentials until details are finalized. Credentials will be picked up on-site at the credentialing table; time will be provided when finalized):

Clinton's release/website: This number includes ALL people from your outlet who will be attending. Please note - we will make every effort to accommodate the number requested but cannot guarantee all credentials until details are finalized. Credentials will be picked up on-site at the credentialing table; time will be provided when finalized.

Plagarism. Lazy and pathetic. A lazy staff, and an unoriginal candidate. Edwards staff is doing all the work for the Clintonistas.

Reality check

Seriously?

You can't you see the difference between stealing another candidate's economic policy and a lazy campaign staffer using verbiage from election night plans?

Wow.

If that is the best you can do...

How About: "Elizabeth Edwards Says Clinton Copies John Edwards' Health Care Plan"

Elizabeth Edwards Sees Clinton as Copycat

September 20, 2007 12:39 AM

ABC News’ Eloise Harper and Raelyn Johnson Report: Elizabeth Edwards has a very simple summary of Sen. Hillary Clinton’s healthcare plan: “John Edwards’ health care plan as delivered by Hillary Clinton,” said Elizabeth in an interview with the Associated Press.

When asked if Sen. Clinton’s plan, which came out on Monday with a blockbuster debut seemed familiar to her, Edwards responded, “Mrs. Clinton has seven and a half months after John unveiled his health care plan – unveiled a health care plan this in every material respect just like John’s.”

It seems that Elizabeth and John Edwards are now essentially united in calling Clinton a copycat. “I’m glad that today, the architect of the 1993 plan has another care proposal – and if imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, then I’m flattered,” said Edwards Monday, hours before Clinton announced her plan in Iowa.

Edwards has prided himself on being the first presidential candidate to have a universal healthcare plan. It’s something his wife takes pride in as well.

“We would have expected her to be the first one out of the box, not the last one out of the box with a health care plan," said Elizabeth to the Associated Press. "And then for her to come up with one that looks like John's, it's almost as if she hasn't been willing to have the courage independently to be a leader on these things"

Shall we go look for the footnotes?

Honestly, is that the kind of President you want?

Get your facts straight, damnthatxanadu

Sorry, emily.jayne, and affair between two consenting adults in the workplace, whether it be between a boss and a subordinate or not, is NOT sexual harassment. Get your facts straight.

-- damnthatxanadu

When was the last time your company gave a sexual harassment seminar? Sounds like you need a refresher course. This kind of relationship can indeed be construed of sexual harrasment. It can create a sexually charged environment or can intimate sexual favortism. In a court of law, Bill Clinton could have most certainly be sued for sexual harassment.
