Sorry but you are wrong. It would be sexual harrassment if it were persistent in the face of rejection. What is inappropriate and what is sexual harrassment are not exactly the same. Monica was the age of consent and everything we know about the relationship indicates that, at the time, she was not only willing but enthusiastic. Not all workplace relationships between superiors and their employees and/or volunteers constitutes sexual harrassment.
