I am not so shy. I think I may have said it just below before you posted. You do understand that to call a man a motherfucker is also to imply something is a little off with his mother as well. If such incest were a voluntary relationship, he would have broken a major taboo, but so would his mother have. If it is to be construed at a sexual relationship he had as a child, he would be a victim and his mother would be a perpetrator of child sexual abuse.
Sexual insults against men inevitably also involve an implicit insult against women.
