WTF?
Who the hell consents to having sex with nine men?
I'm twenty-four and I would NEVER consent to sex with nine men. I have a friend who was molested as a child and as a result her sexuality is skewed. She wouldn't consent to having sex with nine men. I have another friend who was raped when she was a child and is now somewhat precocious and she wouldn't consent to having sex with nine men. And I have lots of friends who get dead drunk and become willing to do just about anything. Except have sex with nine men.
The only people I can think of that would willingly allow themselves to be taken by NINE men are porn stars and prostitutes, and even that can't really be called consent. Porn stars were often sexually abused in their childhoods and who wants to be a prostitute without being forced into it, literally or under certain circumstances.
A ten year old girl with Foetal Alcohol Syndrome who has already been sexually abused cannot consent to sex with ANYONE, let alone NINE FREAKING MEN!
And being a member of an indigenous tribe does not make anyone above the law.

Australia needs to go back to school and join the 21st Century
Australia needs to be educated on the following concepts:
Blatant Racism
Ethnic Cleansing
Forced Rape and prostitution
and lastly, what it means to keep human beings in a constant state of Nazi-like degradation and fear.
Perhaps a United Nations censure and boycott is needed, since it is apparent they have not evolved from their past colonist primitivism.

I hope he will tells how he diagnosed the 10 year old girl as sexually talented.
Is she sexually talented because she has fetal alcohol syndrome? While it is true that fetal alcohol syndrome makes many people impulsive, I don't think it is true that all impulsive 10 year olds are sexually talented.

I am assuming mild mental impairment may be the same as what we call mildly mentally retarded. Hmm. Could an IQ between 60 and 75 make one sexually talented? I don't think so. I have job coached people with this, and we worked on things like counting. Basic addition. Repetitive procedures relating to job performance. However, few jobs require that one use almost no judgment. Judgment is difficult to teach. The people I job coached would have been called sexually vulnerable rather than talented. Maybe dogu44 thinks she is sexually talented because she lacks the judgment to know what sex with nine men must be like.
Maybe she is sexually talented because she was gang raped at age 7. Practice makes perfect! How about it dogu44? Is that it? Does experience make one sexually talented?
How about injury? She was physically injured during that gang rape at age seven. Maybe being used to being injured bestows certain usefulness that could contribute to sexual talent.
How about being taken from a home where she was doing well and felt safe back to a home where she had previously been "initiated" into the joys of sex. Could being uprooted in that manner make her sexually talented? Maybe sexually talented in a female equates with being subject to the whims of others.
Do tell us how 10 year old girls become sexually talented????
Maybe they become sexually talented when a man wants to project that attribute upon them in order to fuck them to tears? We all know some people who really get off by abusing power.

It is unclear in your post whether you think 10 year old girls can or cannot give informed consent to have sexual intercourse. Please specifically enlighten us, so that we do not mistake you.
Also, is there some particular reason you evoke the Nazis in nearly every post? Is this some sort of "signature" issue for you?

This case has lifted a curtain on the daily lives of the people in these communities. The judge would have been only too aware that most, if not all, of the boys (seven were under sixteen at the time of the offence) had been sexually molested themselves. Babies as young as six months old have been raped in these communities. Girls have been impaled on fence posts. And the judge has seen it all. To find places like these you would have to go to the Congo or Dafur. These places don't make the news under normal circumstances and the spotlight is only on them now because John Howard invaded the Northern Territory with the army to try to win an election. The judge understood the horror of those boys' lives as most people don't. It's incredible hypocrisy for people to claim that a girl who had already been raped previously didn't know what sex was and couldn't consent. There's something creepily Victorian about that paradox. This incident is only a tiny sliver of the nightmare world these children inhabit and I include the nine boys charged with this offence in that. These communities are Australia's shame and they have suffered decades and decades of neglect, been starved of funds and used as a political football by all sides of politics. Now some politicians will jump on the bandwagon and blame the boys involved in an attempt to absolve themselves of blame. Putting them in jail would have removed them from the community but so what? Arukun is full of damaged children just like them. And more are being produced every day. Blaming these teenage boys won't achieve a thing because this gigantic social and sexual mess needs a lot more than knee jerk politics or policies to fix it. Blaming the judge is easy: facing the truth about Arukun is a lot harder. Arukun and all the other places like it need help, not to have their children thrown in jail so some minister can get a front page story.

I hope you are not implying that breast size is an indication of physical sexual readiness. Regardless of how early your breasts developed (sorry, you brought that up, not me), I would find it hard to believe that at age 10 you had the bone structure and frame of a 14 year old. I didn't say all child sexual abuse victims suffered severe or permanent physical damage, but the potential for damage is much greater to children than it is for physically mature adults. The commonality of young children suffering severe and/or permanent physical damage from sexual abuse, whether forced, coerced, or invited, has been well documented. In any case the potential for severe or permanent damage to youths is reason enough to criminalize any adult who engaged or pursued to engage in sexual activity with underage children. We don't let small kids ride on rollercoasters at amusement parks like Disneyland, because of the high risk of them suffering severe or permanent damage. We also have made laws that small children ride in safety seats in cars for the same reason.
Sorry, I won't back down on that one. I personally know a woman who is sterile today, because she was permanently physically damaged after have been raped when she was 11.
