  • Totally true about being fearful of children

An acquaintance of mine has a young high needs daughter. This little girl for whatever reason has some sort of attachment to me. Whenever she sees me she runs over and wraps her arms around me and gives me a great hug.

And I don't know how to respond. This is a kid that probably needs hugs and from stable men. Her mother has been divorced quite often. But I am very scared to give her much affection back.

And similar for many of the girls and boys that are friends of my kids.

It doesn't help that my kids will ask for playdates at times when I have them, but that 9 times out of ten, the mothers will cancel the playdates at the last minute.

If it is natural to consider all men as predators as was the basic feeling of the women in your last thread, than I guess it is equally natural for all men to consider all women as liars and sexual predators.
