    Another young, pretty, blond, Southern female's response

    As a young (23), pretty, blond, and Southern (from South Carolina, no less) female, I can speak for myself in saying that my laughter over the response came from neither sexism nor self-hatred, but from horror: If I hadn't have laughed I would certainly have cried at the perpetuation of the stereotype that all Southerners are ignorant by someone who purports to represent my home state.
