    If his response to an completely innocuous joke is to whine that people should think about his children and his family, then he should not be president. We have already seen over the last six years that thin-skinned whiners with no sense of humor get us into trouble.

    I don't want him to put his head in the sand, I want him to respond with something relatively sane like "While I thought it was pretty funny, I had to explain to my daughter that the pretty lady just really, really wants daddy to be president". That guy I would vote for; the guy that thinks we should rethink parody because of "the children" not so much.
