Some Kink in the Hose
This story reminds me of the 1992 NYC St. Patty's parade where I witnessed a bunch of drunk dudes from Queens laughing at a black firefighter on a fire truck. "You ain't Irish," they screamed. "I'm Black Irish" the fire-fighter replied. Everyone laughed and toasted the guy.
The point is, everyone knows firefighters have to participate in every lame parade there is - fourth of july, veterans day, etc... It's how municipal governments show community support. These tight ass SD clowns should have laughed it off, lightened up and had fun with it, least they get thier danty hoses kinked.
