AKA rants point out another feminist fallacy-- that of the endless sea of perfect men just waiting to marry her daughter
AKA says she hopes to have her daughter avoid men like me or Ben Dover. The way I see it, here are the types of men her daughter might marry.
1. Ignorant Pushover- does what she tells him, because he knows where the goodies come from (her pants). Conclusion: she tires of him being a pushover, or else he wakes up and realizes he is entitled to rights and she divorces him because he is finally challenging her.
2. Ignorant Brute- knows about feminism and does not care. Will do what he pleases. But he will not let on BEFORE the marriage because he needs to snag her first. Conclusion: he will show his true colors eventually, repulsing her. She will divorce him.
3. Tightrope Walker- Liberal guy who constantly balances his response to her based on feminist ideology. Educated, sensitive, liberal. The feminist ideal. or is he? Fill in the blank as to what happens here. Anything goes. But ultimately she will divorce him probably anyway.
4. Aware Male- guys like me and Ben. We know all about feminism and mostly agree with it except for the excesses. Despite the excesses of feminism, we have been born/steeped in the idea of feminist women and of possibly having to hold our own to prevent from being pummelled by unreasonable expectations foisted upon us by feminist ideology. We consider women equal partners in every way, and seek to use logic to come up with workable solutions that take into account the needs of BOTH THE MAN AND THE WOMAN. We expect decent fair treatment from the women too (many women bristle at this, or the idea that they need to give or be tender to the man themselves). IN THE END The woman will divorce him anyway, because after all, her ego and feminist ideology demands that SHE be in charge and she needs to prove this by divorcing him and moving on. Besides, he is not perfect in bed anyway (nor is any man, really).
So, by this brief list (there may be other types of men) we can well see a pattern emerging. In all cases, the daughter will likely divorce, because after all, feminism taught her that it is her god given right to ultimately use and abandon the guy.
You can also tell by this list, that AKA prefers that her daughter marry types 1,2, or 3 rather than ever marrying 4.
Which proves one of several or more things:
1. That AKA is a pig who does not think men are equals to women, worthy of having an opinion like women get to have
2. That there are oodles of men just floating around, willing to walk on eggshells, like Type 3, just to have a woman. This means AKA thinks men should have no self esteem, again proving she hates men.
3. That it is preferable for her daughter to marry a Type 1 or Type 2, meaning the battle can be fought out in the marriage, which or course helps her daughter's case in court once the INEVITABLE DIVORCE occurs. Which proves that AKA is merely using men and marriage as a means for her daughter to ultimately WIN in the inevitable conclusion of her miserable life by manipulating men and choosing those who will provide the best fodder in court, the EASIEST TOOLS as it were.
4. That AKA and others like her are disinterested in there being an equality between men and women, that women should dictate the rules of the imprisonment of men's souls within the marriage, and that ultimately only the women matter to her.
God help me if AKA ever had a son, she would willingly commit him to a life of servitude to women's wacky and excessively selfish feminist whims. How SWEET.

do you think there is any way possible for there ever to be genuine agreement(not capitualtion to pressure)
between men and women on where the line is between legitimate self expression/self determination and abused/manipulation.etc, given that men and women really are different and people can't help how they feel.

Not quite. I AM saying within the major media, the book publishing companies, the advertisers, the emasculated New York punditry, that feminists and liberals largely control what is out there. And the prevailing sentiment is that feminist orthodoxy, as pig headed as it is, rules. This means, men should always be put down for having an opinion that challenges this orthodoxy, even if the men are correct, and that women and their opinion should be elevated no matter how piggish or selfish their behavior. It is the triumph of the squeaky wheel, feminists have bandied on about women being 'weak victims' for so long that all opposition to this false premise has been shut out.
So I understand women are ultimately incapable of generosity towards men, that they are terminally navel gazing narcissists. I understand this. THIS DOES NOT MAKE IT RIGHT.
This situation is of course exacerbated by the women themselves because no woman ever tolerates her guy ever saying ANYTHING but that which she WANTS TO HEAR, meaning guys are quickly trained to avoid saying anything against feminism for fear of having sex and affection witheld from them.
This is the greatest put down of men of all. Women treating men like DOGS or vermin rather than being fair to men, respecting their opinions, or accomodating men's needs. "So sorry that you have this issue with liking lots of sex, guys, but we women will use it against you anyway. baahahahahahahaaaa a a a !!!!"
Also, men cannot click to find books like this if they do not know the books exist. The major media is tilted against men and their needs. This is one reason I advocate men separating themselves from the man-hating media and finding their own channels to communicate AWAY from women and feminists. The internet is a boon to this movement.
Society despises the average man. Women will not give him any generosity, rich powerful men will not bother (they already have theirs, and plenty of it), men who are good 'players' get more and more access to ever greater amounts of free and easy uncommitted sex as the channels of communication and mutual respect further erode between men and women.
It is all pathetic and ultimately why I have given up on this culture altogether. If women want to continue to run an ultimately destructive zero sum man-hating game, go for it.
