Flory bungles another post
The study has its limits -- it did focus entirely on the verbal patterns of college students; there might be an argument that the academic environment lessens differences in male-female verbosity.
Gee, ya think that might have an effect and tilt the outcomes?
Just like that, another enduring stereotype expires.
Just like that, Flory sees whatever she wants to, with about as much intellectual honesty as a young earth creationist. She continues her usual ideologically based but scientifically unsupported assertion that psychologically women are the same as men, expect for whatever the evil patriarchy has imposed on them.
Still waiting for Flory to address the size differences by gender of specific centers of the brain related to specific tasks. Differences which are caused by hormonal changes in the womb by gender, specifically estrogen and testosterone.
The areas of the brain which are sized differently directly correlate to specific mental tasks and behavior, regarding socialization, eye-contact and empathy, and interest in things in the environment. Differences which are empirically measurable in studies, both brain autopsies and behavioral tracking.
Oh, but we're all completely alike and gender differentiation is just a myth. At least according to the expert women's studies "scientists" of Broadsheet.
