Oh, please.
Speaking as a veteran of more business trips and hotel bar Romeos than I can count, this is pathetic. If you want a quiet drink and don't want to get hit on, bring a book to the bar. If someone is persistent, keep reading. If they seem like they'd be entertaining to talk with so long as their pants are on, keep talking... just making it clear that you're not available if you're not.
It's just not that freakin' complicated. If you can't deal with someone hitting on you, how are you going to deal with the real challenges of the work day tomorrow?
