    Nope.

    I find it absolutely impossible to believe this woman couldn't tell the difference between her lover and his brother.

    Rape is a hands off topic for me normally, because I would rather err on the side of caution then have someone get away with it.....truly. I am even sexist enough to have a natural bias in favor of the woman, but.....

    But... this is a case where, unless the woman in question is more than a little bit mentally impaired, she needs to take a little responsibility here.

    The brother is.....well..a pig, surely. This goes without saying. But I don't think it's rape.
