What a dumb argument
psi1nupe1 says that no one can prove a rape didn't occur. Maybe not. I can't prove that psi1nupe1 didn't rape Madonna last night. But we can prove that what the accuser said was false. She said she was raped by three men who didn't use condoms, and she identified the people she claimed did it.
That was false. She is a liar. End of story. Even if someone else raped her, these three men did not, at least not in the way she claimed, and if we can't take her word on that, why are you taking her word on anything else? Is it because you're racially prejudiced to believe that since it was white men, they must be guilty?
She accused 3 men of doing something they did not do. The DA didn't just say that they didn't have enough evidence to convict, he took a very unusual step and said the players were innocent of the charges! But you must know better than the DA.

It has nothing to do with sex, race or any of that. I am not sure what is up with the power tools. It sounds as though I am not the one with the problem. I wish these men were innocent, I really do but that is just not the case here. They got off but not innocent. Why do you think only Seligman is mainly feature in the press? He is the only one that may not be guilty. Why are they not pursuing charges again the accuser? It would mean they would have to prove their case and it is in their best interest to leave this alone. They will not go after the DA either because at some point they may have to prove their case and that is just not good for at least 2 of them. BENDING OVER may be your problem.
