The male side of the equation
I'm a father of one with another on the way, and I've been a freelance writer working at home for more than 12 years. It's enabled me to make a good living, control my time, and most important, care for my daughter while my wife, an educator, went back to work. Now, with a second child coming, I'm trying to help my wife to break the work bonds and create a home business on the Internet. Both of us being at home would be an incomparable blessing.
Not everyone has this luxury, but it's worth every effort to push our society to create new, flexible solutions for people who want to simplify life and put family co-equal with work.
