    Huh?

    "that Latino guy might be an illegal, I'm not 100% sure, but $200k is too much to risk, so I'm just going to hire the white guy, to be safe."

    How many white guys are applying for the same jobs as the illegals? And those "white guys" may be illegals themselves.
