Consensual vs. non-consensual

Any time I hear "except for the case of r... or i....." it's clear that the ruling that's being handed down is an attempt to control women's sex lives. I don't mean to sound callous, (I really don't), but isn't a tiny egg fertilized as the result of one of those two horrible actions still a "baby" to pro-lifers? Why is it okay to "kill" that "baby" and not the one that was conceived during consensual activity?

Or is it that those actions are excepted because they are non-consensual?

what i think

The matter of abortion is a question of propety rights. Who owns the womb, the women or the fetus? If you say the fetus has a proprietary claim on the womb and that the women MUST allow it's use, then you are effectively enslaving the women to the fetus. Slavery of course is outlawed in the 13th amendment. Technically a fetus is a parasite (actually an external one at that, the lining of the womb being contiguous to the outside). It survives soley on the good will of the women. Pro-life is Pro-slavery.
