it has more antioxidants and tastes better in my opinion than any green tea and most blacks. It's light enough to drink all day, too, without spiking your caffeine levels. White Needle is the best, but can only be picked 2-4 days a year in 2 spots on earth from some accounts. there are other, easier to find varieties as well. the easiest and best for a first timer could be tealuxe.com's blueberry white tea... SO good, esp. with a little honey to bring the sweetness of the blueberries to the front. there's a ton of info about it online. on the other hand, i'm hoping too many people don't get into it and drive up the price ; )
