Do Broads Wear Pink?

Oh my Goddess, please lose the pink accents for Broadsheet!

I'm sorry, I have a knee-jerk reaction to pink after spending so many years trying to find toys for my daughter in any other color. You'd think that by now we would have outgrown the automatic association of the color pink with all things feminine. Please don't perpetuate it!

It's not new

Martha has always been this way. You guys just haven't been paying attention.

I heart pink and Martha Stewart

The color pink: a silly think to be feminist about. What is your point: if girls like it, we must reject it and find something approved by boys/ men?

Martha: the more I get to know her, the more I like her. The woman spent five months in prison to save her business while her case was on appeal.

Pink, purple, who cares?

Who really cares about the colour of the accents on this blog? I happen to like pink, but honestly didn't even notice the colour until I read the letters complaining about it.

As far as Martha goes, I used to not really like her all that much...the smug perfection grated on my nerves. However, to be able to bounce back to popularity after all of this...the woman is seriously resilient! And the fact that she's actually got a really good sense of humour about her jail time...well, she's made a convert out of me.

"Women's Blog"?

What the hell is WRONG with you people?

Can't you hear us telling you you are DESTROYING everything we loved about this magazine/website? Now you want to ghettoize womens' discussions?

Could somebody please check the ventilation system at Salon Media Group?

If that checks out, I suggest tests on the water cooler and coffee pots.
