Vouchers are the answer to school problems for total morons. You cannot give everyone a big enough voucher. It would destroy the school system.

In most cases, the problem lies with the students and with the parents. Most inner cities are over-run with parents who do not go and talk to teachers, because they hate school and did badly themselves. They have no books at home, and do not talk to their children.

And most of them are single parents, who do not have time to work with their children.

Bozo, do you know ANYTHING about the history of teaching? Until about 1920 or so, when teachers' unions took over, teachers had to be single, not drink, not date. If you were married and got pregnant, you had to quit.

Teaching was considered a servile job.

Unions brought dignity to teaching. It still pays shit, but teachers have dignity.

And, prior to commenting and exposing your total ignorance, try to do a little homework.
